mation, copies of letters, dated August 30 (3) and
September 6, which I have received from the Hongkong
Chamber of Commerce on the subject of enemy firms now in
liquidation in Hongkong and the methods which they ars
smploying with the purpose of holding their business
together until such time as they may be allowed to resume a
